Shipping policy

Both booms are built in Post Falls, Idaho. A standard boom ships from stock when we have one and is built for your order when we do not. Custom work is always built to order. We confirm the lead time on your quote.

Shipping is by freight. The IA-JB-60T weighs 465 lb and the IA-TB-100T weighs 820 lb, so neither moves by parcel. We quote freight per order against your delivery zip and your site access, because a job site with no dock costs more to deliver than a yard with a forklift. There is no flat rate and no free shipping.

Near Post Falls, pick it up and skip the freight.

**When it arrives, inspect it before you sign.** Note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, photograph it, and call us the same day on (208) 966-4177. A clean signed receipt makes a freight damage claim very hard to win, and that is the carrier's rule, not ours.
