Refund policy

Some booms ship from stock. Others are manufactured for your order. Custom work is always built to order.

Custom and made-to-order work is not returnable. Nobody else is going to buy a boom built to your spec.

Before sending anything back, call (208) 966-4177 or use the quote form and get a return authorization. Freight shipments returned without one cannot be accepted.

On a standard boom, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on a unit that is unused, undamaged, and complete, including all pins, hardware and chain. Return freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. A restocking fee of 20 percent applies.

Damage in transit is not a return. See the shipping policy: note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and call us the same day.

A unit that has been used, modified, repaired by others, repainted, or had its labels or load chart removed cannot be returned.

Warranty is separate from returns. Every unit carries a three-year structural and one-year component warranty.
